As Secret Operations Agents, you will need your wits about you to solve urgent missions from Operation Headquarters in an unstable, constantly shifting environment. You will need to decipher, diagnose, learn and self-correct in a competitive, results-oriented situation.

Participants must learn to distinguish between team spirit (commitment, enthusiasm, support) and team effectiveness (quality, speed, problem-solving) in order to succeed in their mission.
