The Bridge to Paradise

The residents of a fast growing tourist destination fear for the safety of a natural reef that has become their backyard and source of livelihood. To save the reef, they have hired your team of development experts to save their natural wonder from the destructive effects of human contact and pollution, while they maintain their town as a tourist destination. Your team needs to construct a bridge connecting the island to the mainland to reduce pollution and preserve this euphoric piece of paradise.

This team building and leadership simulation provides hands-on lessons in teamwork. Participants must work together as an organisation, as individual teams and in sub-groups to complete the construction of a sizeable model bridge. The power of collaboration, sharing resources and knowledge and team spirit will be the keys to their success.
