Discover Performance team building and leadership simulations put participants in hypothetical, often fantastical situations where they are given a goal to achieve within a set timeframe.

Discover Performance team simulations are a fun way to launch or wrap up a conference, or break down barriers between departments in your work place, between branches, or to create synergy across all cities and states of offices. Consider them a quick injection of business energy!

To help participants understand their team and leadership style, we leave the camera rolling throughout the simulation. Each participant is given a copy of the activity on DVD and a debriefing highlighting their strengths and weaknesses.
